Born and raised in Beirut, Tarek has a passion for his Beirut streets and corniche. He walks around the city, capturing photos, then spends time painting them.

An engineer in learning and occupation, Tarek is fascinated with painting as a medium of expression. He participated in multiple international art workshops with leading landscape masters. His current production of more than 150 paintings revolve about the Beirut cityscape in watercolor, with an impressionist style that focuses on values and light and shadow plays.

Tarek has a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from the American University of Beirut.
